Wonderful experience, clean and professional
Christmas Eve we had our kids Santa gifts in storage. The gate wasn’t working to get in so I got ahold of Michelle to see if there was a chance she could come down and open it for us. Michelle was there within 45 mins and we were able to get into our unit! We are so very thankful for her and spare feet!

My family and I just moved to Abilene and were in need of indoor climate controlled storage ASAP! We looked around at a couple places before deciding with...
Sheila was amazing and so helpful when we arrived. She had everything ready for us to sign and even helped us pick out a lock for our new storage unit. We had our receipts, codes, and directions to our units within minutes of our arrival. The units themselves were spotless and the main building was a nice place to walk into and lounge while waiting. If you have storage needs, you've got to use SpareFeet. If you're in Canyon/Amarillo area check out the one on Hunsley.
We drove by here one day and decided to come on in and see what they were about!! we have 3 cars and needed an extra spot for one bc we were tired of leaving it outside everyday so we chose sparefeet!! great prices and 24/7 surveillance!! climate controlled units if you’re looking for that! overall a great place for your storage needs!

I came right in to a friendly smile. Michelle showed me options and future options should I change my mind. The whole process might have taken 20 minutes. From greeting, to showing, to paperwork, to completion. It was a much needed painless experience.

Definitely worth more than 5 stars. The facility is clean, secure and easily accessible but what makes it better than all the others is the customer service. Tanya is more than AMAZING!! When I called looking for an available unit she had nothing at that time but assured me something would become available by the time I needed it. She took my info and within 2 days she called with a unit that was the exact size I needed. The day we moved in it was over 100 degrees and she brought us ice cold water. She is by far the nicest person I have met in Abilene and I have lived in the area for nearly 15 years. I would highly recommend this facility.

Awesome customer service and very nice and clean facility. Meet your expectations and prices are affordable. Also if you check online they have promotions and you can maybe get one. But other then that so far I'm satisfied and easy application and process.
I loved being able to access my stuff whenever I wanted to. Not being told that I couldn't get to MY stuff during certain times. That was why I moved to this storage facility. Now they have hours at night you can't access your things if you wanted to.
But locally, the lady that manages up there is totally awesome, best storage manager I've ever met. If you've got a problem just talk with her and she will do her best to work something out with you! I totally appreciate her!

I was there just helping a friend move, yeah I'm the guy with a truck. Anyway, I don't know the name of the lady who runs the place (sorry nice lady) but she's really helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were all set before she checked out for the day.
Clean reasonably priced and secure. Oh and they pipe in some decent tunes while your standing pondering getting rid of your truck.

Recently rented a space here and they were quick to respond to our inquiry. The manager was personable and helpful. We decided to rent because the facilities are very clean, secure, and in a convenient location.

Edit 1: The facilities are nice, and for the most part staff are as well. However, I was given a discount to give a google review, as I’m sure the other 6 people on here were as well. Which is fine, it’s a common practice, but this edit is to inform would be leasers to read the lease very carefully. I was told to not use a dumpster on location for any purpose whatsoever. A minor inconvenience, that was partly my fault for not fully reading the lease, I just wish Tonya would have told me that ahead of time. Just read the lease very carefully is all.

Tonya at the Abilene location was very helpful! The facilities are very nice, and I feel safe with my belongings stored here. In a good part of town, and very secure. I would recommend spare feet to all my friends and family. I called this morning at 9am and was already unloaded and on my way by 11am!

Excellent experience! Spare feet is located about 1/2 mile from our house. Needed a place to store a car and since it was that close we thought we would start here on our search. Planned on looking around town for at least a half a day before deciding. No need! After going in a talking with Vanessa we knew this was the best place with competitive pricing.
Could not be more pleased with Spare Feet Self Storage in Canyon Texas. Diana goes above and beyond (she gets 10 stars). Easy to work with and does everything to make sure things are right. Facility is super clean, easy to access (our 65 foot moving van was able to maneuver his van right to our storage units (inside and outside units) eliminating the need for a shuttle truck and saving us a bundle). Highly recommend this business!

We finally escaped from Katy and needed a place to store our household goods until our new house is finished. Diana was GREAT to work with. We were easily able to reserve a couple of climate controlled units and an outside storage unit. Diana is the picture of customer service. The facility itself is great as well. Lots of security cameras and the facility is very clean. So glad we stopped by to inquire about short term storage at Spare Feet Canyon.

I'm giving this storage facility 4 stars instead of 5 only because I'm basing this review solely on my initial experience. They were very helpful and friendly. I had reserved a large unit on a 3rd party website and When I called to confirm, I was informed they no longer had any units that large available. They worked with me to accommodate my situation. They ended up providing me with two units for the price of the one large unit. They also honored the online deal so I could still get the first three months at half price. I also let them know that I would be needing these units for 12-24 months and that I would need to keep these two units at the current price I was quoted. I was told they would remain this price for the 12-24 months. I will be updating my review accordingly due to my situation. If all goes as they've promised then I will 100% be recommending this storage facility to future renters. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and security at this location. They definitely made a great first impression.

This place was very clean and easily accessible. No issues here with the system as we have had opening issues at other places. The facility is not too large and that is also another reason we liked it. The staff was cordial and took care of our needs.

Update: I just finished my stay with Spare Feet! I was there for about a month, the staff let me rent a climate control storage unit for a really good price for a college student living off of ramen noodles, and even let me borrow a lock. Storage places usually make you do a 3 month stay if you want a good price, but I was in an emergency situation and could only afford a month and they worked with me. They are so friendly, and welcoming. I am amazed with how clean this place is, the office feels like I’m in someones home. They have a really tight security system with cameras at every angle so I felt comfortable coming and going alone late at night.
By far the best storage place I’ve ever used!! Thank you again for everything.

This is a brand new storage facility with clean units and high end service. Clean and comfortable lobby with TV and cold water if you have to wait. The district manager (H.L.) was very helpful and accommodating! My transaction was mostly done on the phone, so I just showed up to sign papers and get the gate code. Very easy and will definitely use again.

I have lived in Lubbock for nearly a decade and I’ve used self storage places off and on. Spare Feet Self Storage is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most professional, and price-worthy place in the Lubbock area. I walked in and was greeted by the manager H.L. Smith and he was able to help me immediately. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and needed a unit ASAP for my things. H.L. helped me tremendously and expediently. I can’t thank them enough. I won’t go anywhere else to store my things in the future. I know first hand that a lot of the storage companies in Lubbock are money hungry and unaccommodating to their customers, but not Spare Feet. Thanks H.L., I can’t thank you enough! Yall’s customer service is top notch, and thank y’all for being supportive of Law Enforcement!
Side note: A lot of storage companies are designed poorly and are hard to navigate around because it’s easy to get turned around. Spare feet is laid out in an easy to navigate way and there is plenty of room to drive a car or truck up to your unit.

Spare feet is the best storage unit I have ever stored stuff at. Free month move in plus some grape soda and candy bar when you sign up. Chelsea the manager is super sweet and was a tremendous help. Definitely will be staying here for a while!

This is the nicest cleanest RV storage in town. No dusty gravel driveways and a very convenient location to get to right off the loop. Highly recommended!

This storage facility is very clean and I absolutely love the fact I can have a unit whithin a climact control building. The security is very good with all the cameras running all the time and with a gate lock on both the inside and out. HL is also a very sweet man who made getting into a unit very fast and easy!
