With comparable prices the things that truly set this establishment apart from the rest was the staff. Well knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had. They did a great job of getting me squared away and into a unit that was perfect for me!!!

Staff is extremely professional. Buildings are well maintained and clean. They have coffee and other beverages in the office free of charge. Clean bathroom. Absolutely awesome place to have a storage unit.

Definitely worth more than 5 stars. The facility is clean, secure and easily accessible but what makes it better than all the others is the customer service. Tanya is more than AMAZING!! When I called looking for an available unit she had nothing at that time but assured me something would become available by the time I needed it. She took my info and within 2 days she called with a unit that was the exact size I needed. The day we moved in it was over 100 degrees and she brought us ice cold water. She is by far the nicest person I have met in Abilene and I have lived in the area for nearly 15 years. I would highly recommend this facility.

Clean with easy access. Downside is if you are not familiar with the numbering of the internal units, it is easy to get turned around.

I was there just helping a friend move, yeah I'm the guy with a truck. Anyway, I don't know the name of the lady who runs the place (sorry nice lady) but she's really helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were all set before she checked out for the day.
Clean reasonably priced and secure. Oh and they pipe in some decent tunes while your standing pondering getting rid of your truck.

Recently rented a space here and they were quick to respond to our inquiry. The manager was personable and helpful. We decided to rent because the facilities are very clean, secure, and in a convenient location.
I was looking for a nice and inexpensive storage and Tanya help me find one. She was very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience.
Edit 1: The facilities are nice, and for the most part staff are as well. However, I was given a discount to give a google review, as I’m sure the other 6 people on here were as well. Which is fine, it’s a common practice, but this edit is to inform would be leasers to read the lease very carefully. I was told to not use a dumpster on location for any purpose whatsoever. A minor inconvenience, that was partly my fault for not fully reading the lease, I just wish Tonya would have told me that ahead of time. Just read the lease very carefully is all.

Tonya at the Abilene location was very helpful! The facilities are very nice, and I feel safe with my belongings stored here. In a good part of town, and very secure. I would recommend spare feet to all my friends and family. I called this morning at 9am and was already unloaded and on my way by 11am!
