As for the facility itself, Spare Feet is spotless. One of my biggest concerns when choosing a storage facility was cleanliness, and I’m happy to say that Spare Feet has exceeded all my expectations. Staff is exceptional! The facilities are clean. Secure units with plenty of cameras throughout the site. Personal access codes are required to enter/exit the site and to enter specific storage buildings, limiting accessibility to the unit. Opted for an indoor access, temperature controlled unit and have had zero concerns.

Helen at Spare Feet was wonderful. We moved on a HOT August day. They had cold water in the office for us, found a wedge to hold doors and were very helpful. They have trolleys for use while moving in/out.

I am so glad we decided to switch storage companies. Sparefeet is AMAZING. All the staff is amazing. They are all so sweet. Today while my husband and I were trying to re arrange two of our units Tonya went out of her way to check in on us. We were there for hours in over 100 degree weather and she made sure we were drinking our water and if we needed anything.
Oh and this place is super clean. Our other place was nothing compared to Sparefeet.
Abilene team of Helen and Tonya were terrific. Professional, courteous, caring and competent. Clean property and easy access for tractor/trailer [70 feet]. Able to park adjacent to storage units.
Tonya and the staff are nothing short of superb!! We have used Spare Feet Abilene for 4 years, and it has been above our expectations. So of your a college student looking for summer storage or need a longer-term solution, we highly recommend them.

Definitely worth more than 5 stars. The facility is clean, secure and easily accessible but what makes it better than all the others is the customer service. Tanya is more than AMAZING!! When I called looking for an available unit she had nothing at that time but assured me something would become available by the time I needed it. She took my info and within 2 days she called with a unit that was the exact size I needed. The day we moved in it was over 100 degrees and she brought us ice cold water. She is by far the nicest person I have met in Abilene and I have lived in the area for nearly 15 years. I would highly recommend this facility.

I was there just helping a friend move, yeah I'm the guy with a truck. Anyway, I don't know the name of the lady who runs the place (sorry nice lady) but she's really helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were all set before she checked out for the day.
Clean reasonably priced and secure. Oh and they pipe in some decent tunes while your standing pondering getting rid of your truck.

Edit 1: The facilities are nice, and for the most part staff are as well. However, I was given a discount to give a google review, as I’m sure the other 6 people on here were as well. Which is fine, it’s a common practice, but this edit is to inform would be leasers to read the lease very carefully. I was told to not use a dumpster on location for any purpose whatsoever. A minor inconvenience, that was partly my fault for not fully reading the lease, I just wish Tonya would have told me that ahead of time. Just read the lease very carefully is all.

Tonya at the Abilene location was very helpful! The facilities are very nice, and I feel safe with my belongings stored here. In a good part of town, and very secure. I would recommend spare feet to all my friends and family. I called this morning at 9am and was already unloaded and on my way by 11am!
